  9. Let time taken be t minutes.

    52ºc-24ºc=28ºc
    28ºc÷7ºc=4 min
    73ºc-24ºc=49ºc
    49ºc÷7ºc=7 min

    4 min < t min < 7 min

    Possible answers for t are 5 mins or 6 mins.

    Time range: 2 minutes.

    Therefore the time range is 2 minutes.

  10. 52°C<73°C
    Multiples of 7 which are in between 52 and 73 (59,66)
    Let t be the time range
    t x 7 = 59 and 66
    t = 5 - 6

    The time range is from 5 to 6 minutes

  13. First subtract 52-24=28
    The difference then must be divide by the time 28/7=4
    After that you must add 1 as if you dont then it will remain 52 and thus not answering the question 4+1=5
    So the time range would be 5<t7
